If you have not yet scheduled your Comcast installation, now is the time to do so.
Throughout the summer, Comcast continued transitioning homes to VCA’s new fiber-optic network, and more than 85% of the community is now connected. Owners who have not yet completed the transition are strongly encouraged to schedule their appointment as soon as possible. The installation is currently being provided at no cost, but the opportunity to complete this work free of charge is becoming limited.
To transition your home to the new fiber network, Comcast must update certain equipment both inside and outside of your residence. Completing this installation is important to help prevent an interruption to your Xfinity television and internet services as the community moves to the new network.
Please call 1-833-501-1928 to schedule your complimentary appointment with an Xfinity technician. Once the installation and equipment updates are complete, your home will begin receiving service through the new fiber-optic system.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Someone must be present in the home during the appointment and available to answer any questions the technician may have.
• Installation may take several hours. Barring unforeseen complications, the technician will remain onsite until the new equipment and services are operating properly.
• The required installation and equipment being provided to VCA residences are currently free of charge.
